double XY wing around r3c8 leads to r2c6=6 and r4c7 =r6c7 both =69.
from there it falls apart. |

OK. Here's what I think. There is an xy wing using cells r8c8,r5c8 and r9c9 with r8c8 being the xy. this eliminates 3 from r4c9 and that does it. |

OOPS!! I stand corrected. I happened to plug a 2 in c9r5 and the thing just fell apart, but when I went back and tried a 7 at that location it wouldn't solve so I guess I have misunderstood the rect ... |

This was a funny situation. 27 in c3r5r7 and c9r5r7 means that there is NOT a unique solution to this puzzle. Simply put in a 2 or 7 in any of those 4 cells and it just falls apart. |

Tracy: I see what you mean.. I eliminated the 16 from r6,c6 because of the 16 pairs at r1,c4,c6 and r6,c4. Then I decided i had a triple in c6 consisting of 13,19,and 39 in r4,5,&6 respectively ... |

To Tracy and David. There is an x-wing of 1's at r3,c3 & c8 and r6, c3 & c8. This eliminates 1 at r6,c4 and makes r1,c4 a 1 and of course a 6 at r1 c6.. Those were my last two numbers before ... |
